This is a space for quick conversations on the intersections of management, technology, art and society. We aim to deliver insightful contributions which business leaders may apply and which academics may find provocative. Our outlook may occasionally gravitate around issues of leadership, management of workteams, creativity, emotional intelligence and most issues which should be shared to shape a better world. NewsLeader is a Latin American focused forum. It is distributed monthly to over 5000 subscribers (as of June, 2004). Over 2500 of them are business leaders in Brazil, over 1500 are business leaders in other countries of Latin America. Many business leaders are based in Europe, Southern Africa, Asia and Australasia. About 15 percent of all subscribers are business management academics, half of these in Brazil and a quarter in Latin American countries.
