Resumen

 

La Participación Ciudadana es, a los fines de la Atención Primaria Ambiental, uno de los pilares para el éxito de cualquier actividad que pretenda incluirse dentro de su estrategia. Emplazada en la zona mixta portuaria-residencial de Concepción del Uruguay, Repsol-YPF opera una Planta de Almacenaje y Distribución de Combustibles. Se propone entonces, a través de un trabajo de Planificación-Acción y mediante una estrategia dialéctica de comunicación/educación, promover la Participación Ciudadana. Se espera que la comunidad informada y organizada determine acciones concretas fundadas en el Derecho, para la protección de su salud y el ambiente.

 

 

 

PROMOTION OF THE CITIZEN PARTICIPATION FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE HEALTH AND THE ENVIRONMENT IN THE DISTRICT THE TANKS

 

Abstract

 

The Citizen Participation is, to the aims of the Environmental Primary Attention, one of the pillars for the success of any activity that it tries to include itself within his strategy. Located in the harbor-residential mixed zone of Conception of Uruguay, Repsol-YPF operates Planta de Almacenaje and Distribución de Combustibles. One sets out then, through a work of Planning-Action and by means of a dialectic strategy of communication/education, to promote the Citizen Participation.

One hopes that the informed and organized community determines concrete actions founded on the Right, for the protection of its health and the environment.
