EXPANSÃO TERRITORIAL URBANA DO MUNICÍPIO DE DEODÁPOLIS- MS: O SURGIMENTO DOS
JARDINS

Resumo:
Este trabalho traz algumas considerações sobre o modo que vem ocorrendo o
crescimento da cidade de Deodápolis, a partir da abertura de loteamentos no
município no ano de 2006, considerando o atual contexto econômico, político e
social porque passa o município permitindo novamente o aquecimento do mercado
imobiliário. A abertura de loteamentos no município não é algo novo, uma vez que
o registro da implantação do primeiro loteamento ocorreu no mês de Setembro do
ano de 1972, sendo que até 1987 houve a implantação de 11 (onze) loteamentos.
Deste modo, a iniciativa privada foi primordial para o surgimento da cidade, bem
como para a sua expansão territorial. O município passa em seu atual contexto
por mudanças que permitem mais uma vez a abertura de loteamentos através da
iniciativa privada, fato que se explica pela intensificação da indústria
sucroalcooleira no Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul. Assim, consideramos que a atual
conjuntura política e econômica nacional e internacional está se refletindo
novamente na expansão territorial da cidade de
Deodápolis.
Abstract: This work brings some considerations
about the way that comes occurring the growth o Deodápolis city, from opening of
plots in borough in 2006, considering the present thrifty setting, political and
social because passes the borough allowing again the heating real estate market.
The opening of plots in borough isn´t some new, once that the register of
implantation the first plots occurred in September, 1972, being that until 1987
there was an implantation of 11 ( eleven) plots. This way, the private
enterprise was primordial to emergence of city, well as to territorial
expansion. The borough passes its context present by changes that allow more
once the opening of plots through private enterprise, fact that explains by
heighteing of sugar cane industry in Mato Grosso do Sul. So we consider that the
political juncture , nacional and internacional thrifty is reflecting itself
again in territorial expansion of Deodápolis city.
