PLANEJAMENTO E GESTÃO PÚBLICA COMO SUBSÍDIO NA
RECUPERAÇÃO AMBIENTAL
DO CÓRREGO WENZEL – RIO CLARO –
SP

RESUMO:
O presente trabalho
tem como principal característica analisar a
questão da drenagem urbana e gestão dos recursos hídricos, tendo
como área de estudo o Córrego Wenzel situado no município de Rio Claro-SP. Tal setor apresenta uma expansão urbana desordenada ocasionando uma série de impactos sócio-ambientais negativos como poluição de
recursos hídricos, retirada da
cobertura vegetal e matas ciliares e principalmente despejo de lixos e dejetos no próprio leito do córrego, o que resulta em
épocas de chuvas em inundações e transtorno á população local. Tal fator se deve
á uma falta de planejamento urbano e
intervenções por parte do
poder público que tange á
essa temática. Uma das alternativas para a problemática seria a
implantação de um parque linear no setor referido, sendo a forma mais viável para a conservação e
posterior revitalização da área,
além de impedir a ocupação irregular do
setor, a implantação de
um parque linear poderá promover uma maior integração entre sociedade e meio
ambiente contribuindo para a implantação de áreas verdes no meio urbano ocasionado um
aumento na qualidade de
vida da população local. Com a implantação de parques lineares nos
setores urbanos cria-se uma opção de lazer para a sociedade o que fortalece o
equilíbrio das relações do meio urbano com a natureza.

PLANNING AND PUBLIC MANAGEMENT AS SUBSIDY TO
ENVIRONMENTAL RECOVER OF RIVER WENZEL – RIO CLARO -
SP
ABSTRACT:
The
current work has as
its main caracteristic to
analyse the question of
urban drainage and the management of
the water resources, its area of
study is the lake Wenzel, in Rio Claro, SP. This sector presents
uncontrolled urban increase that has been occasioning some environmental
negative impacts, such as the pollution of water resources, taken from the
vegetation top andriparian zones, irregular occupations and mainly the littering of wastes in
the lake, which results in
rainy periods and floods, as a result annoyance to the local people. This
factor is a result of lack of urban planning and interventions by
the government that refers to
this planning one of
the alternatives for this matter would be
the implementation of
a linear park in
the sector mentronet, it’s also the most suitable way of
conservation and later the improvement of
the area, it
also avoids the irregular occupation of the sector, the
implementation of a linear park will be able to promote a bigger union between
the society and the environment, contributring for the implementation of green areas in the urban area occasioning an increase in the life
quality of the local people. With the implementation of linear parks in
the urban sectors, it’s created a
leisure option for the society, and this also enforces the equilibrium of the
relations in the urban area with the nature.
