Operation in 60 meter band is not allowed in Colombia (5J, 5K, HJ, HK), as well as San Andrés Island (5J0, 5K0, HJ0, HK0)

 

There's no permit to use that band by any Ham Radio station transmitting from Colombia or San Andrés. The Colombian Authorities has never issued the permit to use that band

 

There are few DX Bulletins announcing 60 meter band operation from San Andrés and it is forbidden by Colombian Law

 

Please take note that if someone transmit on that band will be illegal and not valid.
