This great free service allows you to add HTML based email forms to your website that visitors can use to submit information to you!
Please follow the simple installation instructions below to install and set up your new free web tool:
Step 1: Copy and Paste this text into your website:
The code above will generate a special HTML Form on your webpage that visitors can add information to, and submit to you. Paste the code where you would like the email form to appear on your webpage.
Step 2: Configure your service using the Email Forms Manager:
Login to the Members Area here: http://www.bravenet.com
You can edit and format the HTML of your form from your webpage. Don't forget not to touch the form and hidden tags inside the code.

To edit the settings of your Email Form, please go into your Email Forms Service Manager. First, login to the Members Area here: www.bravenet.com
From your Members Area, click on the Email Forms link to get into your Email Forms Service Manager.
Step 3: Upgrade to the Professional version
Remove all advertising and add more features and functionality to your service by upgrading your service to the Professional version.
To learn more, login to your member account and click on the Upgrade to Pro button beside the link to your Email Forms.
