*****************************************************************************************************************************
The Liga Colombiana de Radioaficionados ( LCRA ) was established in 1935 and for many years was an important and respectful organization with a good number of members. It's bureau service worked well for decades, providing an excellent service for all its associates.
For the last 5 years now, it has been losing importance, that is members, activity and management. Today, nobody really knows the whereabouts of their QSLs, inbound or out.
For this reason many Colombian amateurs currently have a QSL manager.
Please be informed that the Colombian Bureau service is out of service for hams outside of the 3rd colombian zone (HK3) who have not had information on the bureau status for many years now
and you should not waste your money or time, as the LCRA has cancelled this service to its members and international bureaus, we are therefore regretfully advising the DX community to refrain from sending QSLs via our LCRA bureau.
73,
Oscar A. Gaviria
