CONGRESS PREMISES
Congress I: National Museum of Ethnology, Senri Expo Park, Suita, Osaka
Congress II: University of Osaka, Suita Campus, Yamadaoka, Suita, Osaka

PROGRAMMING SCHEME
1) Each exposition should have a maximum length of 15 minutes. Each session of panel will contain a number of expositions with a debate session whose duration will be proportional to the number of expositions.
2) Each session will have a maximum length of 90 minutes, with two sessions in the morning and three sessions in the afternoon. A panel may have more than two sessions. Between two sessions there will be an intermission of 10 minutes or so.
3) There will be registration, the Opening Ceremony, Plenary Conferences and the reception of the Director-General of the National Museum of Ethnology on September 24. Plenary Conferences and panels will be held from September 25-27. Closing Ceremony will be held on the final day, September 27.

OFFICIAL LANGUAGES
1) Spanish, Portuguese and English will be used in paper presentations and related debates in the panels.
2) Official communication and the procedure of ceremonies and the General Assembly will be conducted largely in Spanish and English and no simultaneous translations will be provided.
3) Registration will be mainly in Spanish and English.
